Vascular Diagnostic Educational Services (VDES) has offered consulting and educational programs in noninvasive vascular diagnostics in Hershey, Pennsylvania since 1984. This internationally recognized organization is under the direction of Marsha M. Neumyer, BS, RVT, former Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Penn State University College of Medicine and Director of the Vascular Laboratory Section of the Penn State Vascular Institute. VDES provides dedicated hands-on and didactic courses, physician interpretation tutorials, registry review preparation, evaluation for laboratory accreditation, and laboratory management consultation. Now you can have VDES come to you! Recognizing how time, travel, and financial constraints impact continuing medical education requirements, skill advancement, and the need for information on current issues in laboratory management, VDES has decided to go “on the road”. Hands-on, didactic, and physician interpretation tutorials may be scheduled on-site, locally, or regionally to support individual laboratories or larger group interests. The faculty of VDES is comprised of recognized authorities in the field of noninvasive vascular diagnostic techniques, vascular surgery, interventional vascular radiology, and laboratory management. Instructors for the hands-on programs are Registered Vascular Technologists (RVTs) who represent a range of clinical backgrounds and have established a well-earned reputation for their excellent teaching and technical skills. Continuing medical education credits are available for both medical and technical staff. Because programs are customized to meet your needs, costs will vary dependent on course content, number of participants for on-site courses, and location. We guarantee that you will find this service to be financially attractive; education is our primary interest. So, if it is time to move your laboratory forward, check out our sites to see what VDES can do for you! | |
